Club Roxy is likely the most well known night club in Houston. How any given Houston club-goer feels about the long standing Club Roxy can be debated but there’s no debate that they know about the spot. Nestled in the posh Uptown/Galleria neighborhood, Club Roxy has under gone a recent resurrection in the Houston nightlife scene and has boosted itself back to a venue where people are seen and want to be seen.
With its central dance floor, three bars, upstairs lounge area and VIP areas, Club Roxy is a large venue where club goers can spread out and find their own space. The floor is kept grooving and moving by the various guest DJs that come through each night and the whole experience is held together by club emcee, Mike Pierce (www.iwatchmike.com).
Being an 18 and up venue, Club Roxy is likely the first club you ever stepped foot in if you’re a club goer in Houston. You’ve probably long moved on to other clubs around town but its worth it to visit where it may have all started. The drinks are cheap and the music stays rockin’. Find your way back to Club Roxy!
