Market Square Movie Night

The weather’s perfect to pull out that old wool blanket, fill a thermos of hot chocolate, and take your hunny out for a theater under the stars evening at Historic Market Square Park in Downtown Houston. The Alamo Drafthouse Rolling Roadshow will be showing “When Harry Met Sally” from 7 – 9pm. And guess what… its free! Fellas, you’re welcome.

Houston Cinema Arts Festival – Friday, Nov 11th – Sunday, Nov 13th

Those of you who miss the indie film showings at the now defunct Angelika Theater can rejoice in the return of indie cinema to our grand city. For three more nights, the Houston Cinema Arts Festival will be an ongoing celebration of the cinematic arts! Films will be shown in various venues across the city, all culminating in the premiere of Art Car: The Movie, a movie about Houston’s famed Art Car parade. Monsters of Beer Charity Festival – Saturday, Nov 12th

For all you beer aficionados out there, this is the festival for your! Taste brews from more than 50 different breweries, including 10 from the great state of Texas! The festival is held at Guadalupe Plaza Park and runs from 12 noon to 6pm. Cheers! For more info go to www.monstersofbeer.com

Fun-onemal Family Festival at Discovery Green – Sunday, Nov 13th
