Some of the best places to eat in Houston are near the Galleria and this place is no exception. I stopped by this place for lunch with some business partners and fell in love with the Pancho’s Enchiladas. Service was very quick during the lunch crowd. The chips and salsa are very unique — the salsa is very thick and the chips are large and flavorful. There are a lot of other entrees to choose from here but these enchiladas were about as good as it gets. The cream sauce is rich and delicious, the chicken is seasoned perfectly and the flour tortillas are crispy and soft in just the right spots.
